Today, I went on a charity run with my class of recruits. I was honored to be leading the class giving cadences during the run. After I gave the command to fall out, a young boy no more than 4 came up and tapped my leg. When I looked, he simply said, "Happy 4th of July Mr. Soldier. Thank you for my freedom."
