Makes Me Think - Today, while shopping for the things I will need for my first year of college, I finally came out to my very religious grandmother who has always thought that being gay was wrong. She looked at me, with a sad expression in her eyes, that eventually changed to indifference as she stated, “I was raised that it was wrong to have feelings for the same gender. But I love you, and I will support you no matter how you choose to live. I am so proud of you honey.” MMT
