I don't want to deflate your feelings, but head trauma doesn't work the way you seem to think it does. The fact that she remembered you and not her parents does not necessarily mean you are more important to her than they are, just that the part that remembered you was less damaged.
I suffered a concussion once and was so so confused - I couldn't even remember my brother's name! It must have been a great relief for your friend to see your face and remember you.
