What a jerk & public nuisance, to have music so loud you can't hear a car horn. If he goes deaf at a young age, he deserves it.

I saw a truck driver like him once - jammin with huge bass speakers rimmed with purple neon lights. That's when I decided that if becoming a doctor doesn't work out, I'd want to be a truck driver.
