It takes 3 months for HIV antibodies to build up enough to be reliably detected. Get tested again in 2 months.
Good instinct with the condom, though. Hint: If you haven't both been tested and your partner's okay without STI protection, what other dubious circumstances has s/he been okay with in the past? "It's Not Okay to me that you're okay with no condoms for the first time with a partner."
Make sure you get tested again in a few months, just to be sure.
Definitely get tested again! But kudos to you, for not taking her up on the 'no condom' offer!
i'm pretty sure HIV is almost impossible to get unless you were rubbing open wounds together.
It takes like 2 weeks to get HIV test results back..
@lkjh i'm pretty sure HIV is a SEXUALLY transmitted disease/infection.
@LED There is an oral rapid test that only takes 20 minutes for results.
@OP It takes 6 months for the antibodies, you will need to get tested again, this time by blood. Good job for using your brain and using protection.
@lkjh HIV is carried in blood, vaginal secretions, semen and breast milk. Contact with any of these fluids in an HIV+ person is dangerous. Please educate yourself, for your own health's sake.
And that's why you don't hook up with random people. That's disgusting. Atleast it was AIDS.
whoaa haha i meant at least it WASN'T*** AIDS
