I consistently treat customers the way they treat me. If someone's rude or impatient I'll do the absolute bare minimum, but if someone's calm and patient and nice, I'll do everything I can for them. I hope impatient people read this, find it completely unfair and decide to fake being nice from now on. Or genuinely become nice people. Either way works.
