Today, I missed the last bus home by a matter of seconds. I was actually chasing the bus down the street, but I couldn’t get the driver’s attention. It was dark and cold outside, and I was exhausted. I literally fell to my knees in tears. Because I’m barely making ends meet, and a taxi fare to my house is nearly $70. But a few seconds later a woman named Jayden stopped her car on the side of the road, rolled down her window, and said, “I don’t usually do this, but do you need a ride? I’ve been in your shoes before and I know it sucks.” She gave me a ride all the way to my apartment, and we had a great conversation on the way that left us both smiling as I got out of her car. MMT

That bus driver thing happened to me once; he looked at me, paused, and then drove away.

dzbx-you sure hate buses and/or their drivers, don't you?

Um - no. I don't at all. What makes you think that?

Because of the way you insulted this bus driver/hero in November:"It's dangerous because the bus driver is BLOCKING THE STREET. What if there was an ambulance that had to pass through because it had a gravely injured patient that would die if that patient didn't get medical attention immediately? How is it NOT dangerous? It's fucking stupid. Also, the argument "it could have just been to make him feel less rushed" is stupid. Why should someone get special treatment for a disability? It's idiotic and doesn't do anything but hurt that person once they get into the real world and realize that nobody stops for them. The poor driver exhibited incredibly poor judgment that day. Incredibly poor."

That proves nothing, easyt72000. All it proves is that you're a troublemaker who enjoys picking on me. My recommendation is to get a hobby. They do wonders for people like you.
