Makes Me Think - Today, I was volunteering at a food pantry when I met a lady named Kathy. Kathy feeds her two elderly parents and herself with food stamps and leftovers from the food pantry. She was diagnosed with cancer and given nine months to live six years ago. Today was her 52nd birthday. She's still battling cancer, and she spent four hours today, after her chemo appointment yesterday, distributing food at the pantry and greeting everyone with a huge smile.
