Makes Me Think - Today, I received a call from my mother, asking if I'm on medication, because I seemed so much happier than I have been in the recent past. I have a history of cutting and burning over the last five years, and my therapist has diagnosed me with severe depression and anxiety. But I'm on no medication anymore.
