Makes Me Think - Today, it has been 15 years since the doctors diagnosed my little brother with severe autism and mental retardation and told my parents that he would likely never learn to get himself dressed. But they never stopped believing in him and pushing him to grow. Yesterday, at 17, I watched him graduate from high school. A stranger would never be able to tell he even has autism. He is one of the most extraordinary, intelligent people I know. MMT
