Makes Me Think - Today, exactly a week after the car accident I got into in the rain on my way home from school, it was pouring down rain again. I sat in the student parking lot at my school for 30 minutes, nervous to drive home. As I sat there, a quiet kid I rarely communicate with saw the worried look on my face. He sat down beside me for fifteen minutes and then drove me home. And he’s going to pick me up at 7:30AM tomorrow morning too, since my car is still in the school’s parking lot. My new friend MMT.

While I loved this story the first time I read it, that's just it. The first time I read it. Not that I doubt things like this happen all the time in slightly varied ways. And kudos to anyone willing to reach out to others in need, but this particular post is nearly word for word. (Just saying it politely so the jerks don't have to cry about it later.)
