Today, I was traveling in Kenya and I met a refugee from Zimbabwe. He said he hadn't eaten anything in over 3 days and looked extremely skinny and unhealthy. Then my friend offered him the rest of the sandwich he was eating. The first thing the man said was, "We can share it." MMT

I was in jail overnight in Mexico when I was 16, and the guys who were waiting to be transferred to prison offered me their food. Oh, and in Mexican prison, they only feed you barely enough to survive. Anything extra comes from friends and family. They were way nicer than the cops.

I was recently in Zimbabwe, and even though it may be a relatively poor and underdeveloped country, I have never seen a more beautiful place or met more wonderful people.

rich people are pigs, simple fact. I am not in this situation and compared this man i am a pig as well. If this had happened to an american celebrity (going 3 days without food) in zimbabwe. he would write some book about it and it would become a beszt seller and all that jazz

OMG This is beautiful, omg omg omg. Sharing? Yes why can't everyone just share? Why can't the rich share there money? People in this world are so damn greedy for not sharing. We should all just be socialists. :/

I wish everyone had this attitude. People who have so little yet give so much are amazing role models.
