I'd like to get a little more context to this. What was said and where did it take place? Was it in a work setting or on the street? Who was the person that made the discriminatory remarks? What relationship did the two people have? Employer/Employee or just two people walking on the street? I don't like the sound of this at all either but want a bit more of the context of the situation...FYI, I am Mexican as well.

OMG the bums so right! Why should we have to work? Working is like sooo stupid. Who wants to work? Its the bums perogative to not work, and as a consequence he has been ostracized from society (the kids laughing at him) and he is without luxurious shelter or sustenance, although poverty is the default position.
