Really because when I return home after long periods of travel I feel like I left everybody else behind. People who are doing the same things in the same places, while I've been somewhere, done something.
I agree completely with poormilk. I feel like I've grown and left others behind, not the other way around. That's another point of view and feeling though. I hadn't considered it until now.
I understand, it's like you come back and expect everything to be the way you left it, but when you see that everyone is doing just fine without you, you cant help but feel a little insignificant.
