Today, I realized the problem with so many failed marriages. Some folks get married hoping their partner will change, and they don't. And other folks get married hoping their partner will NEVER change... and naturally, they do. MMT

I think an additional problem is that many people think that finding your soulmate means no more efford should be needed. At the first sign of imperfection, they get disappointed and conclude that maybe he wasn't their soulmate after all. My vision of a good relationship is that both partners keep on working hard to make the other one happy. Keep making an efford, don't take oneanother for granted.
