I think it means that she feels heart broken that she's hurting him by not being able to love him the same amount he love her.
Just hang in there remember you can't please everyone and that you're happiness is important just as much as his is.
Uh oh, my fiancee is named jenny and on august 15th (the day this was posted) she sent me a message after two weeks of not talking to me. Hope this is a coincidence! haha
