This too shall pass--hang in there. (Will you thank/rage against the same people/entity if he lives or dies? I see a lot of people thank god for survival, but seriously, it's the doctors, nurses, and science.)

Sometimes you cannot control what happens; the only thing you can control is how you react.
I hope your son pulls through, if he has good medical care and family, he will pull through.
Obviously you posted for support, hopefully no one comes on saying you should be with your son, not on the web. Because I've been through this situation, and right now it's out of your hands, it's hard, but relax (easier said then done I know), and hope. I'm sure by the time you read this, your son will be awake and back at home.
