Today, I was changing in the locker room of the gym. I am very self conscious about my arms because I struggle with self- harm. Nobody knows about it, and today a lady gave me a very disapproving look when she saw my cuts and scars. I don't know what hurt worse; the fact that she knew what they were from and didn't say anything, or the fact that she looked utterly repulsed by me. People not understanding, and hurting me even more without knowing it, MMT.

2 weeks ago I was in the principles office waiting for my councilor when he noticed my cuts I was scared but I knew I needed help now it's been about 2 weeks and I haven't cut since as much as I wants to just know that your not alone and look up the song "when she cries" by Brit Nicole it helped me and also the song Carolyn by black veil brides

You really wanted her to say something to you about them? Maybe she didn't want to embarass you or make you feel uncomfortable. You cutters worry so much about somebody noticing your scars until someone does but doesn't pat you on the back about how strong you must be. Smh.
