Wow.... that must be so hard. On one hand it must be terrible to have someone that abused you invading a safe space for you. On the other hand, if he is a survivor of sexual abuse, then doesn't he technically also have a right to be there? It must be so confusing...
I understand how this situation can bring up all sorts of intense emotions, strong enough to cause you to nearly vomit. The upside is that you can more thoroughly resolve and heal your feelings and memories when they are up so strongly, and perhaps, if you are open to it, you will gain greater understanding about what motivated his actions with you which could lead to the ultimate state of being, compassion for self and him and finally forgiveness, after all true healing occurs when we allow ourselves to forgive.
