First off I want to say I am so sorry for this. I know what it's like to have parents like this. I've been raising my 6 year old brother since birth because my mom was addicted to prescription pills and wine. Stay strong, be there for eachother, and you will get though this.
Oh my, I have been living with my aunt and uncle for the past 6 years (since I was 10) because of my mom's alcoholism. I just wish I could have my younger brother living here with me also.
I don't know how old you are or what you've been through, but anything you need to talk about I'm here. And your sister too.
