Today, my college roommate died from a brain aneurysm while he was sitting in his computer chair. After I returned from the hospital, I walked across the dorm room and noticed that his web browser was open to the makesmethink.com ‘Submit your story’ form. He never finished writing his story. MMT

If this is true, I'm sorry your roommate died and you had to find him. If it's not, don't turn this site into MLIA where everyone who mentions the recently deceased's greatest wish of being published gets published...

I agree with #3. That being said, if this is true, what was the written portion of the MMT? Not a test, genuine curiousity.

@ #3, This didn't strike me as his roommate's greatest wish of getting published, I thought of it more of him wondering and thinking about what his roommate's story was, and that made him think.

I agree with #5. I didn't read this as a "My dying wish is to be on MMT". If it was, I believe the person who submitted it would have included his roommate's story. I think it's the fact that we don't know the story that makes it worthy. He had a story for us, but because of what happened, we'll never know it.

I completely agree with #6, thinking about the possible story and stuff is what makes you wonder. Totally worth not having the story. BTW RIP for your roommate
